What is the jersey made of and how should I wash it?

This jersey is made from recycled polyester for a lightweight and comfortable feel. To keep it in the best condition possible, we recommend washing it inside out with cold water and preferably by hand. Avoid using bleach or fabric softener, and do not iron directly on the logos or printing. For maximum durability, let it air dry naturally.
